James Dean Vs. Audrey Hepburn

Here I am back and posting another look! I've been waiting to find an outfit good enough to take Lookbook pictures in considering that on the weekdays I've got school Tuesdays and Thursdays, Yoga first thing in the morning so I usually end up wearing yoga pants at school. Can't help it, they're just so comfortable! A few weeks ago though I FINALLY ordered the Good Vs Evil Leggings from Pretty sucks I have been eying these leggings for so long! I finally got around to getting them and I am so glad that I did. I absolutely love them. However I feel really short, the leggings are pretty long on me even though I got a small!

I decided to go with this Title because I have been OBSESSING with Sleeping with Sirens, I can't help it, Kellin is too great, with great lyrical content and a sound that a lot of music has been missing for awhile. The song that inspired this look is If I'm James Dean, You're Audrey Hepburn by Sleeping with Sirens. I figured With these leggings titled Good Vs. Evil It fit pretty well. Added with a lot of James Dean Style with the leather. Hope you enjoy the look and check out this song!

Confess My Heart and Forgive My Wrongs;

Hey Guys I'm back with a new look, and a new hair color! I got bored of waiting around to have someone professionally do it. I call this look the Candy Swirl. It's got a mix of Blonde, Pink and Purple in it. It looks like a Delicious Candy Cane when I curl it! I kind of miss the blond now that I've dyed it, so I might go back to that after awhile. I hate how often I change my hair! But my choice of what color I want it to be is always changing. So, awhile ago I went back to school shopping and realized I don't think I've put any of my new clothes on lookbook! So this mint shirt is one of the things that I got when I went back to school shopping. I am so lucky that Pale Pink and Mint Green are totally in right now! Some of my Favorite colors!

I actually used a necklace and made it smaller to get the bird to stay there!

Also, Song title comes from a new favorite song of mine, I've pretty much listened to this song every day since my best friend showed it to me! I love it, It's got kind of a country/ 90's TLC sound to it. It's an interesting song from a band I've been listening to for a bit. But this is on their newer album. I love the idea behind the words of this song, it really helped me because I was having an awful day and this song relates to my state of being on that day she showed me. I've Sunken in the Quicksands of Love;

You know, I guess I am going to start talking about my titles. Some of you may recognized some of them as lyrics that are found in songs. They're usually something I've been listening to lately, an old favorite or a line that I feel just fits well with my look.
This line is from one of my favorite Artists of all time. They will never leave my heart even if they are "Older" now. The Spill Canvas was introduced to me in High School by a crush. I'm always seeing how their songs can apply to me and they're often my "Sing-a-long on a rainy day" kinda music. <3 I've found their lyrics very poetic. A reason I love them. I love poetry. I actually have some written on another blog on this account if you'd like to check it out. :]

Anywho, moving on.

It's been awhile since a friend and I have gotten dressed up and headed out somewhere to take pictures for each other. Always one of my favorite things to do and I wish I still did it as often as I used to. It often is something along the lines of taking hours to do makeup, hair, dressing and going out and taking pictures. My friend Savannah and I did and here are some of the photos she took for me.

The outfit was super comfortable! Considering I was only wear a dress and some accessories. No shoes in this shoot! Running around the woods barefoot can be Fun, dangerous, and dirty! haha I had a great time though. :] I really liked the goldish and turquoise colors together!

Post Apocalyptic Future;

Hey guys, I know I'm always saying this, but sorry it's been so long! I just have been having such a busy life what with two roommates bailing out, boyfriend getting laid off and Kumoricon! Ugh, Most stressful month I've had ALL year, and school hasn't even started yet! But I've got a few looks backed up now at this point. I finally hooked up my computer to my T.V The other day so I could edit all these pictures I have! There were just so many it was over whelming! But now, onto what I'm really trying to post about here!


My Post Apocalyptic Future outfit! Ha ha. A few friends are I were trying to think of a place to take pictures when we remembered this Abandoned place. It's got a lot of construction going on around it. We had to sneak around to get pictures! It was so silly, We would hide in the corner while the other one took pictures. I had to hold down my necklace to make sure it didn't make noise! It was pretty scary!

My Post Apocalyptic Outfit! It's hard for me to wear Tube Tops because My shoulders are really wide! But I love them, can't help it sometimes. ;p

And here are a few photos that Josh (Ashlee's boyfriend) Took for us! I love them, Feel like it belongs in a magazine. I love hanging out with Jenna and Ashlee, They're so much fun and we all have such different styles. It's interesting to see what each girl comes up with.

It's Like I'm Moving at Lightspeed;

The Title is quite true. I'm Sorry I haven't been posting guys! I have just been so busy (Not to mention lazy as well!) August 15th, Last day of my class is tomorrow! Oh my goodness I can not wait until classes are done with so I can actually go enjoy my summer and stop reading philosopher's writings and writing essays!



To get to the point, This look is From my trip to Hawaii! (I know, I've been slacking!)I wanted to bring this dress especially because it is so flowy and colorful! I knew it would be great! Paired with a few Dreamy Accessories.

Although these pictures don't have to do with my outfit I'd like to share them. They're pictures I took that day. We went snorkeling! Last time I went I was kind of scared because I'm not a very good swimmer so I was kind of scared. I was still kind of scared this time. There is just something about it. You can't stand on the coral so I'm afraid to step down and then the coral is so close to you while you're swimming flat! I was afraid my tummy was gonna scrap against the coral. That would hurt a lot. :[ And there was a point where my boyfriend and I were swimming in an area and a Fish seemed territorial! It kept poking us in the tummy and on our goggles! It was Scary! T.T I don't know why I was so scared of it. I didn't think I was afraid of fish, but, I guess I am. Needless to say that was the end of me snorkeling today.

It's Not Like I Think About You Constantly;

Alright, I'm Finally back from My Trip To Hawaii! I had a great time visiting family, eating delicious food, snorkeling and just swimming in the nice warmer than freezing ocean! :D

I've got so many pictures from Hawaii that I'm only going to share a few at a time. But in any case lets move on! This was the first outfit I took pictures of in Hawaii, family thought I was crazy for wearing Boots to the Beach but it worked out for me. It was easier to climb all over the old volcanic rock that had been left a long time ago. In any case, I didn't put them back on until we got home.

And this is my favorite! Rabbit Head Island. I think it really does look like a rabbit head with his ears all tucked back. You can see his little nose on the right and the dent in the rock where his eye would be! <3

These Big City Dream Are What You're About;

Yep, I've been slacking. But that's alright because I'm not cluttering your feed right? :D

In any case, I've been pretty lazy about going through and editing photos and what not. But I've finally got some downtime because I am Vacationing in Hawaii for my birthday! My 21st birthday was on this last Sunday (The 1st) Sadly I didn't get any birthday pictures in my outfit! Oh well, I'll just have to wear it again. It's an awesome dress! So since I'll be in Hawaii I should have some Maybe interesting looks coming up with at least a good background. :D It is So Gorgeous here.

Anyways, onto this look.

This was one of my more favorite looks. I love all the colors in it matched with a Simple black and white dress. It is also Super comfortable! Since the Top isn't long enough to be a dress I put some little black shorts underneath them.
